Lantech with its European headquarters in Malden (located in the Netherlands) is part of the global Lantech organisation and is specialized in secondary packaging solutions. Lantech designs, builds and services packaging machines like stretch wrappers, case erectors, case sealers and tray erectors. Being the inventor of the first stretch wrapper in the world, Lantech is the leading brand in the industry for securing and stabilizing a load to a pallet with stretch film.

Lantech is focused to improve our customers packaging processes with robust, reliable and flexible machines. With our global network of trained partners we sell and service our machines in a wide range of industries like (non)food, healthcare, fashion, logistics and e-commerce. Our enthusiastic and motivated team is focused to grow our success by continuously improving our machines and working processes. This is recognized in the market which results in a growing number of customers and projects.

Your challenge as an International Sales Manager

In this role you are part of our sales team and work with our existing partners to build and develop relations with key accounts. At the same time, you need to manage and expand a network of partners in your area and turn opportunities into sales. Within this role you support partners with technical advice and commercial training and knowledge. In collaboration with partners you identify opportunities and projects and turn these into orders.

For this reason, you frequently visit partners and customers in your area to identify and present machine solutions. Your communication skills are very good you are able to build and maintain relations(hips) on all business levels, resulting in long term partnerships.

You will work in close cooperation with other ISM’s in Europe to cover the designated area. For commercial and technical back up you are supported by a professional sales support team located in the Netherlands.

Who are we?

We are Lantech; a healthy and growing international organization within mechanical engineering. We design, build and service packaging machines, transport modules and other additional systems. We have offices in the Netherlands, America, Australia and China. Our customers are diverse and located in different sectors. For example, we work for large multinationals within the food industry, but also for local entrepreneurs.

In Malden (the Netherlands) we develop and assemble box and tray handling machines. With more then 200 committed colleagues and a strong network of partners, we arrange sales and service within Europe from here.

Job requirements

Your background as International Sales Manager

  • You have 5-10 years of work experience in a similar position, preferably within the packaging industry;
  • Experience with selling products through partners is an advantage;
  • Self-motivated and starting personality willing to travel frequently;
  • You are independent and adapt easily to different cultures;
  • A good command of the English and German language.
