Service Engineer Controls

RemoteNijmegen, Gelderland, Netherlandsservice

Job description

Is putting machines in motion and keeping them in motion your passion? Then this feature is definitely for you. You get started with the electrical and control technical side of our machines. You do this both from the office and on location at our customers. Do you like this varied job? Then we would like to get in touch with you!

Your challenge as a Service Engineer Controls
As a Field Service Engineer Controls you are mainly concerned with the electrical and control technical side of our machines. Think of: PLCs, servo controls, Profinet connections and frequency inverters. At our office in Malden you focus on programming the software and preparing the (service) projects at the customer. For example, it may concern the commissioning of complex machines or the conversion of machines where adjustments must be made in the software. You then continue working on this at the customer's location. You will work at various customer locations in the Netherlands and Europe, occasionally outside, but always in a safe country. The periods that you work on location at the customer differ, but usually last from 4 to 5 days to a maximum of 2 weeks. When you are in Malden, you also work partly on our technical helpdesk. Here you support our customers remotely in the field of controls.

What do we offer you as a Service Engineer Controls?
First of all, a pleasant working environment with an open culture in which you are valued. The informal, human atmosphere ensures that you quickly feel at home with us. Furthermore, we can proudly say that you will work in a healthy and growing organization with plenty of opportunities for development and growth. During our barbecue, Christmas celebration and other fun (team) events, you will also have the opportunity to get to know your colleagues outside of work. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer you an excellent package of benefits. Think about:

  • 27 vacation days;
  • 13 adv days;
  • Profit-dependent allowance;
  • Pension scheme with +/- 50% employer's contribution;
  • 8% holiday pay;
  • Good travel allowance;
  • Collective health insurance;
  • Interesting discounts on "weekend breaks" and household equipment, among other things

Your travel hours to and from Lantech are also paid for, which is quite special!

We have offices in the Netherlands, America, Australia and China. Our customers are diverse and located in different sectors. For example, we work for large multinationals within the food industry, but also for local entrepreneurs.

In Malden (the Netherlands) we develop and assemble box and tray handling machines. With 200 committed colleagues and a strong network of partners, we arrange sales and service within Europe from here.
